OR - SB1508 Modifies sex offender registration requirements to allow sex offender to register with city police department only if offender last resided or intends to reside in city or, if offender lives out of state, only if offender attends school or works in city.

OR - SB1548 Amends certain statutes that reference "physician" to include references to "physician assistant" and "nurse practitioner." Takes effect July 1, 2014.

OR - HB4013 Authorizes practitioners to electronically transmit prescriptions for Schedule II controlled substances in nonemergency situations.

OR - HB4021 Directs public universities to charge nonresident veteran who is graduate student tuition and fees no greater than resident rate if nonresident veteran received either honorable discharge or general discharge under honorable conditions and provides proof of physical presence in Oregon within 12 months of enrollment.

OR - SB1527 Directs Oregon Business Development Department, in coordination with local workforce investment boards, to contract with private or public entities to develop Dislocated Worker Training Program as pilot program to enable unemployed and underemployed engineers and industry professionals in bioscience and manufacturing traded sector industries to be reemployed in Oregon.
