OR - SB1516 Establishes Small Business Expansion Loan Fund to be administered by Oregon Business Development Department for purpose of making loans of early stage growth capital to individuals and business entities with 50 or fewer employees that may not be able to obtain adequate traditional commercial or private financing to meet operational and growth needs.

OR - HB4008 Makes calculation of projected future earning potential of plaintiff that takes into account race or ethnicity of plaintiff inadmissible in civil action.

OR - HB4056 Distributes civil forfeiture proceeds to scholarship program for children of deceased or disabled public safety officers.

OR - SB1563 Removes requirement that students who are not citizens or lawful permanent residents apply for official federal identification document to be eligible for exemption from paying nonresident tuition at public universities.

OR - SB1567 Removes ability of major political party to use party rule, rather than primary election, to select party nominee in situations when vacancy in state office or office of state Senator occurs on or before 70th day before primary election and remaining two years of term of office are filled by electors at next general election.
