Serving the citizens of House District 23rd in the Oregon State Legislature is a great honor and responding to your concerns is a priority. It is my privilege to serve this year as the vice chairman of the House Health Care Committee, and as a member of the House Business and Labor and the Agricultural and Natural Resource committees.

OR - HB4026 Requires providers of ignition interlock devices to notify court that required device to be installed of any negative reports downloaded from ignition interlock device.

OR - HB4013 Authorizes practitioners to electronically transmit prescriptions for Schedule II controlled substances in nonemergency situations.

OR - HB4050 Removes prohibition against insurer's issuing or delivering to small employer policy of insurance against risk of economic loss under less than fully insured employee health benefit plan.
