3rd term in the NH HousseRepresents Lebanon,Wards 1-3 A retired Deputy Fire Chief, Lebanon Fire Department, he was the recipient of the Aubrey G. Robinson Award for outstanding service to the State of NH in Fire Prevention. A former Commissioner of the Fire Standards and Training Commission and a former member of the NH EMS Medical Control Board. Now working for, and when not working for them, volunteers with, the American Red Cross, Disaster Services. As a member of Disaster services, he has been deployed to NH, NY, PA, MA, VT, Haiti for nearly two years after the 2010 earthquake, and Puerto Rico in 2017. Representative Sykes holds a BA, Bridgewater State College ’74, BS, Business and Economics, Empire State College, and an MBA, Southern New Hampshire University ’99. Representative Sykes is Chair of the Grafton County Delegation.
