+ − Biography
Rep. Ron Hicks, a Republican, represents St. Charles County, including parts of O’Fallon, Lake St. Louis, St. Peters and Wentzville (District 102) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2012 and served until 2016. He was re-elected to the House for a third term in November 2018, and was elected to his fourth term in 2020.
Hicks is a passionate advocate of the 2nd Amendment, and the right to life, liberty and to own property, as well as an avid outdoor sportsman. He and his wife, Katie, are board members for a 501c3 dog rescue, Boxer Paws Rescue. He is also founder/owner of RK Renovation and Design in St. Charles County.
Hicks was born and raised in California. He and his wife have two sons, Hunter and Tyler, and are members of Immaculate Conception parish of Dardenne Prairie.
Hicks is the Chairman of the Joint Committee on Capitol Security and the Special Committee on Homeland Security.
