+ − Biography
Rep. Nickolas A. Marshall, a Republican, represents Platte County (District 30) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2010.
Rep. Marshall is a 1991 graduate of Eagle Heights Christian High School. Rep. Marshall received his B.A. from Bob Jones University in 1995 and his law degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City in 1999.
In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Marshall is a practicing private attorney. After his admission to the Missouri Bar, he served the people of Missouri as an assistant prosecuting attorney.
Rep. Marshall attends Faith Community Church. He is a member of the N.R.A., the N.W.T.F., and the Missouri Prairie Foundation. Rep. Marshall has won the Locke and Smith Award for constitutional voting every year that he has served in the legislature.
Rep. Marshall resides in southern Platte County with his family.
