+ − Biography
Mrs. Norgaard is serving her first year in the AZ State House of Representatives. She graduated from University of North Dakota with an engineering degree and subsequently received her MBA. Mrs. Norgaard has worked in the aerospace and defense industry for over 25 years. She started her career here at Garrett (now Honeywell) in Development Engineering where she worked on Environmental control systems and start systems for commercial and military aircraft.
Successively, she was the Vice President of McKechnie Plastics in Minnesota, where she ran the aerospace, defense and medical device sector. After moving back to Arizona, she started her own engineering rep company supporting the aero and defense industry. She and her husband, Clark, have three grown children.
