The order in which bills are heard is at the discretion of the chair.

Witness registration will open approximately two (2) hours prior to the start of the hearing and must be completed prior to testifying.

HJR62 - Proposing a constitutional amendment authorizing the denial of bail to an accused person if necessary to ensure the person's appearance in court and the safety of the community and the victim of the alleged offense.
HB3926 - Relating to creating the criminal offenses of obtaining medical treatment by deception for a child, elderly individual, or disabled individual and continuous abuse of a child, elderly individual, or disabled individual.
