A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress concerning the need for international cooperative efforts to identify the individuals exposed to radiation as a result of the nuclear accident at Chernobyl in the Soviet Union and to monitor the health status of those individuals so as to increase, for their benefit and the benefit of the citizens of the United States and of all the world's peoples, the level of understanding of the effects of exposure to radiation.
