Workers Compensation - As introduced, enacts the "Tennessee Volunteer Firefighter Protection Act," which defines "earnings," for purposes of the average weekly earnings of a volunteer firefighter, as the volunteer firefighter's call rate multiplied by 40 hours per week, regardless of the actual hours worked in a week. - Amends TCA Title 50, Chapter 6.
