SB1055 | Tennessee 2015-2016 | Alcoholic Beverages - As introduced, permits establishments holding a license for consumption of alcoholic beverages on premises to pay wholesalers of alcoholic beverages within a time period negotiated between the parties, instead of at or near the time of delivery; authorizes the establishments to pay with cash, check, electronic funds transfer, credit card, debit card, or other methods as approved by the alcoholic beverage commission. - Amends TCA Section 57-4-203.
