Employees, Employers - As introduced, prohibits an employer from discharging or terminating an employee solely for refusing to receive a vaccination against COVID-19; creates a cause of action against the employer, and, if the employee prevails, entitles the employee to damages permitted by law and recovery of reasonable attorney fees and costs. - Amends TCA Title 2; Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 9; Title 29; Title 33; Title 37; Title 49; Title 50; Title 56; Title 58; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
