Employees, Employers - As introduced, clarifies that the term "discharge" includes placing an employee on involuntary unpaid leave or unpaid leave of absence without expectation of return; specifies that placing an employee on involuntary unpaid leave or an unpaid leave of absence is not a reasonable accommodation to an employee's request for an exemption from a requirement to obtain vaccination or immunization from COVID-19 for religious or medical reasons. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 21, Part 4.
