Consumer Protection - As introduced, clarifies that any person unable to purchase a ticket as a result of a violation of the offense of interference with the sale of tickets is considered a victim of the offense and has standing to file a criminal complaint; makes it an unfair and deceptive act or practice under the Consumer Protection Act to commit the offense of interference with the sale of tickets when the commission of the offense causes a person to be unable to purchase a ticket. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 47.
