An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in trade and commerce, further providing for the offense of buying or exchanging Federal food order coupons, stamps, authorization cards or access devices and providing for the offense of unauthorized possession of electronic benefits transfer cards.
