An Act amending the act of January 17, 1968 (P.L.11, No.5), known as The Minimum Wage Act of 1968, further providing for the definitions of "wages" and "gratuities" and providing for the definition of "tipped employe"; further providing for minimum wage rates; providing for tipped employees; and further providing for minimum wage advisory board, for enforcement and rules and regulations, for penalties, for civil actions and for preemption; and making an editorial change.
