A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 609.4 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to bonded debt repayments; to amend and reenact sections 609.406 and 609.410 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to borrowing and lending authority of the public finance authority and reserve funds associated with bonds; to provide an appropriation; to provide a bond issue limit; to provide an exemption; and to declare an emergency.
