Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes the definition of "developmental disability". Restores current law defining a "person with a developmental disability", except provides that community mental health boards operating under the Community Mental Health Act may in their jurisdiction, by a majority vote, add to the definition of "person with a developmental disability". Replaces the definition of "mental illness". Provides that the term has the meaning ascribed to it in the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code. Provides that community mental health boards operating under the Community Mental Health Act may in their jurisdiction, by a majority vote, add to the definition of "mental illness". Restores current language regarding the administration of the Community Mental Health Fund.
