House Amendment 001
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the contents of the bill as introduced, but requires the school district to have an enrollment of more than 35,000 students in order for the school board to appoint a chief executive officer to serve as its superintendent and removes the amendatory language allowing a school board to reappoint the chief executive officer if the chief executive officer has made substantial progress towards a standard or alternative administrative license.
