House Committee Amendment No. 1
Provides that the right of inspection added by the bill applies if the Department of Labor has received a complaint that the third party employer may have contracted with a day and temporary labor service agency that is not registered under the Act. Provides that proprietary lists of a day and temporary labor service agency are not subject to subpoena. Prohibits third party employers from entering into contracts for the employment of day or temporary laborers with any day or temporary labor service agency that is not registered under the Act (rather than entering into contracts with persons who are not registered as a day or temporary labor service agency under the Act).
House Committee Amendment No. 1
