House Amendment 004
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Grade A Pasteurized Milk and Milk Products Act. Provides that pasteurization requirements do not apply to the unpasteurized milk of a cow, goat, sheep, or other hooved animal that is sold or distributed on the premises of the dairy farm. Provides that the Department of Public Health shall adopt rules governing the sale or distribution of unpasteurized milk.
House Amendment 001
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Grade A Pasteurized Milk and Milk Products Act. Provides that pasteurization requirements do not apply to milk that is sold or distributed on the premises of the dairy farm where it is produced. Defines "dairy farm" to mean any place where one or more cows, goats, sheep, or any other hooved animals are kept for milk production.
